Políticas De Envíos
DIRECCIONES ERRÓNEAS :
No nos hacemos responsables de direcciones mal escritas o erróneas. Si el cliente escribe mal su dirección y el producto es enviado y regresado hacia el vendedor, el cliente debera de pagar en su totalidad nuevamente los gastos de envíos.
No somos responsables por gastos de envíos de la primera orden.
No Aceptamos Devoluciones
Artículos recibidos y utilizados como lo son: Swatches, rasguños o rota por el mismo cliente.
No Nos Hacemos Responsables
Paquetes enviados al comprador con tiempo y por razones ajenas a nuestra voluntad, atrasarse.
Situaciones fuera de nuestro control lo son:
Clima: Tormentas, Huracanes, cualquier evento atmosferico que atrase al correo a llevar el paquete a su destino.
Exceso de paquetes en el correo:
Cualquier atraso que sea a raíz de tardanzas en el correo ya sea por: Falta de empleados, exceso de paquetes a enviar o cualquier otra situación o suceso ocurrido luego de que AC Beauty Shop haya enviado su paquete, relevamos cualquier responsabilidad de ello.
Aduana: Retención de su paquete por la aduana. No nos hacemos responsables por atraso de su producto a causa de aduana.
Todo producto es revisado por AC Beauty Shop con anterioridad. Su paquete en todo caso se irá en perfecto estado. No aceptamos cambios ni devolucion por ningun metodo de pago permitido por nuestras instalaciones.
Nos Hacemos Responsables
Si un producto llega a sus manos con cualquier daño de fabricación luego de haber realizado la debida revision del mismo, aceptamos la devolución del producto. Situaciones a ocurrir como lo es: Hongos por humedad en las instalaciones de correo, se le aceptara la devolución. El cliente debera de pagar el envío del mismo y adjuntar fotos como evidencia, de la raíz del problema de dicho producto.
El cliente tendrá 7 días luego de recibir su paquete, para hacer dicha devolución, pagar su envío para que AC Beauty Shop acepte devoluciones. Fuera de los 7 días no será aceptada la devolución y el cliente tendrá que quedarse con el producto.
Los envíos se realizaran dentro de horas laborales en AC Beauty Shop. Procesar su paquete puede tardar un mínimo de 2 a 3 días. Luego de procesar su orden puede tardar en llegar a su hogar en Puerto Rico alrededor de 3 a 4 días más. Envios a Estados Unidos pueden tardarse alrededor de 1 semana luego de haberse procesado su orden.

Shipping Policies
WRONG ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for misspelled or wrong addresses. If the customer misspells his address and the product is sent and returned to the seller, the costumer must pay the shipping costs in full again.
We are not responsible for shipping costs of the first order.
We do not accept returns
Items received and used as they are: Swatches, scratches or broken by the same customer.
We are not responsible
Packages sent to the buyer on time and for reasons beyond our control, delayed.
Situations beyond our control are:
Weather: Storms, Hurricanes, any atmospheric event that delays the mail to take the package to its destination.
Excess packages in the mail:
Any delay that is due to delays in the mail either due to: Lack of employees, excess of packages to be sent or any other situation or event that occurred after AC Beauty Shop has sent your package, we release any responsibility for it.
Customs: Customs retention of your package. We are not responsible for the delay of your product due to customs.
All products are reviewed by AC Beauty Shop beforehand. In any case, your package will leave in perfect condition. We do not accept changes or refunds for any payment method allowed by our facilities.
We hold ourselves accountable
If a product reaches your hands with any manufacturing damage after having made the proper revision of it, we accept the return of the product. Situations to occur as it is: Moisture fungus in the mail facilities, the return will be accepted. The client must pay for the shipping of the same and attach photos as evidence, of the root of the problem of said product.
The customer will have 7 days after receiving their package, to make said return, pay for their shipping so that AC Beauty Shop accepts returns. Outside of 7 days the return will not be accepted and the customer will have to keep the product.
Shipments will be made within business hours at AC Beauty Shop. Processing your package may take a minimum of 2-3 days. After processing your order, it may take about 3 to 4 more days for it to arrive at your home in Puerto Rico. Shipping to the United States may take about 1 week after your order has been processed.
